本人在餐饮服务行业工作十三年,累积丰富管理经验。曾经接待过多位中央领导官员,对菜肴营养的配搭,有丰富经验。对出品要求菜式创新、VIP接待、大型宴会接待、酒店筹备、人员管理方面等方面有着实际性的工作经验。特别是在澳门美居大酒楼任职期间,面临更大的挑战,正值非典期间,本人对于菜式大力改善和改变营销策划,狠抓环境卫生和出品,要求厨师戴口罩、手套、穿消毒鞋上班等措施,同时请电视台的记者进行采访等方法。赢得顾客的回头率,生意有所上升。严谨的管理为公司赢得较好效益,给顾客留下好的口碑,同年获得由香港鲍鱼大王杨贯一先生颁发的“粤港澳名厨”称号证书。2016年获得“两岸三地厨艺亚洲金质奖”称号证书。
